By popular request we’ve created Thai II. Continue on the journey of Thai cooking as we explore popular dishes such as laarb gai , shrimp cakes with plum sauce, and miang kiam. This class is for people just beginning to explore Thai cuisine or who have some experience with Thai cuisine from previous classes. Learn through hands-on cooking instruction followed by lunch. All new recipes to recreate the dishes at home! Class is 10 am – 1 pm.

Lesson 1: Green mango salad with prawns, Miang Kham (Betel leaf snack), and chicken with holy basil
Lesson 2: Yellow curry with fish, shrimp cakes with plum sauce, and lychee freeze
Lesson 3: Tom yum soup (hot and sour soup with prawns), Laarb Gai (spicy chicken salad), and steamed banana cake in banana leaf
