The aim of these lessons is to become enthusiastic about what we eat and have recipes that are great in flavour and in health. Learn what to eat and why. Take beetroot for example a food that goes back to the roman age, used as a blood cleanser!! A food we should all be eating daily.
Menu for class:
Lesson one: Carrot leek and ginger soup, Avocado walnut and pear salad, vegetable risotto, roasted vegetable salad.
Lesson two: Brown rice and celery soup. Hummus, herb-coated seabass, sweet potato and nutmeg mash. Fine bean salad. [print_link]
