Learn how to make both hearty soups and delicate ones, widen your knowledge on superfoods and how best to have them on a daily bases in your life. These foods are essential elements to good living and balance out the anti oxidants in our diet.
Menu for class:
Lesson 1: Beetroot the super, superfood. Beetroot and apple soup with cheese scones, beetroot aubergine feta stack with a sticky balsamic. Triple bean salad.
Lesson 2: Fresh tomato and basil soup, Pumpkin and ginger soup. Roasted pumpkin feta walnut and rocket salad, Berry compote.
