Here you will learn about super foods and enjoy the journey of making great salads. Learn pastry making and then make great quiches. Enjoy looking at food and dressings that add zest for your meals!
Menu for class:
Lesson 1: Quiche Lorraine, Mediterranean couscous salad, new potato and mint salad.
Lesson 2: Feta pumpkin and sundried tomatoes quiche, super salad with quinoa, roasted beetroot salad, and rocket and grilled vegetable salad.
