Here you will learn about super foods and enjoy the journey of making great salads. Learn pastry making and then make great quiches. Enjoy looking at food and dressings that add zest to your meals!

Lesson one: Quiche Lorraine, Mediterranean couscous salad, new potato and mint salad
Lesson two: Feta pumpkin and sundried tomatoes quiche, super salad with quinoa, roasted beetroot salad.
Lesson three: Walnut mushroom tart, grilled vegetable salad, blue cheese salad
