Detailed description of class:
This lesson will take you through the buying of knives, handling of knives, and moving from a “chopper“ to a “chef“ on skills. You will learn basic chef cuts like julienne, brunoise and macedoine.
Menu for class:
Lesson one: Basic knife skill, the vegetables will be used to make soups.
Lesson two: Practise practise practise. Again the vegetables will be used to make basic stews. [print_link]
