Interested in different Asian cuisines? Each class in this course focuses on a different Asian cuisine to give you a glimpse of the amazing spices and cooking methods used in the region. Learn through hands-on cooking instruction followed by lunch. All new recipes to recreate the dishes at home!
Menu for class:
Lesson 1: Thai: red curry chicken, beef salad, and mango sticky rice.
Lesson 2: Vietnamese: fresh spring rolls, steamed fish with tamarind sauce, and stir fried vegetable.
Lesson 3: Malay: Beef rending, popiah, stir fried vegetables and dessert.
Lesson 4: Peranakan: Chicken rice with steamed bok choy, lamb curry with pilaf rice, coconut rice dessert.
