This 2 day cooking course teaches you the secrets and tricks to making authentic Italian Gnocchi- traditionally a potato dumpling. Learn the secrets to successful ravioli and their sauces to impress your guests at the next dinner party you have.
Pasta machine supplied for lesson only. Get to eat what you cook and take a sample of the dish home.
Menu for class:
Lesson one: Lesson 1: Sundried tomatoe and pumpkin Ravioli with a matching sage sauce. Fetta and spinach ravioli with Napolitana sauce. Saffron Smoked salmon ravioli with a creamy lemon dill sauce.
Lesson two: Potatoe gnocchi with quattro formaggia (4 cheese) Pappardelle with a creamy mushroom sauce. Recipe for puttanesca sauce given too.
