Make your Christmas cake, and begin the mincemeat preparation to be ready on Christmas day. There is nothing better than homemade Christmas delicacies, and you will get to use my grandmother’s recipe to make your Christmas cake. The Pantry will then feed the cake for you and you can come back and ice it in early December. In addition, you will prepare your families’ mincemeat, and this will mature for 6 weeks to be ready for minced pies and carols on Christmas Eve.
