Detailed description of class:
Learn the basic skills of creaming method and rubbing in method. You will master the art of pastry and sponges to use on any occasion. This two week course is a delight to teach as everyone has great success. Recipes are provided and all items baked must go home.
Menu for class:
Lesson one: cupcakes creaming method, melting moments.
Lesson two Scones rub in method, lemon drizzle cake.
Lesson three, bake well tarts rub in method, sticky buns.
