Designed for food enthusiasts that want to delve further into Vietnamese cuisine, and impress your friends and family with healthy dishes using fresh Vietnamese herbs and spices. Learn through hands-on cooking instruction followed by lunch. All new recipes to recreate the dishes at home! Class is 10 am – 1 pm.
Menu for class:
Lesson 1: Crispy seafood pancake, chicken with ginger, garlic and honey soy sauce, and tofu with tomato sauce.
Lesson 2: Steamed garoupa with tamarind sauce, sticky rice in lotus leaf, and stir fried vegetable.
