Pasta machine supplied for lesson only. Recipes passed down from generation to generation from the Italian Nonna. Details of where to obtain ingredieants and supplies are given.

Lesson one: Authentic Bolognese sauce, making of ribbon pasta (fettucini and spaghetti), creamy chicken pesto sauce
Lesson two: Making and assembling a lasagna. Secrets to Bechamel sauce. Ink Linguini with seafood sauce. Saffron fettucini with smokes salmon dill sauce.
